The Incident

Unfortunately, one of our customers was working on a road of a retaining pond, when the bank collapsed and the unit fell onto the ice and into the frigid waters. Not only was this a scary experience but the customer had to have a crane called to recover the unit and transport it to the dealership. This all occurred only 10 days after the unit was financed!

The Settlement

Despite this unfortunate accident, there was a silver lining in this situation. The unit was totaled with original sales price protection and KTAC paid the recovery bill of $3,450. Instead, a $250 deductible was all it took to be back in a new machine finishing the job!
