RENTAL COORDINATOR

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 
  • Communicates with customers by phone or in person reinforcing their confidence and encouraging repeat business.
  • Establishes relationships with new customers, by cold-calling and/or scheduling in-person visits.
  • Provides effective and efficient internal and external customer service.
  • Coordinates with Service department for efficient rental make-ready’s, check-in, and service.
  • Updates Aging Spreadsheet weekly with customer communication.
  • Tracks and schedules rental equipment service.Coordinates rental equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Provides administrative support to executive management as related to rental work.
  • Facilitates internal communication, fostering a commitment to improving customer service.
  • Maintains all proper rental documentation to assure maximum protection from risk and liability.
  • Manages expenses within set guidelines and shares in responsibility to minimize costs.
  • Any other related duties as may be required by supervisor.
  • Monitors on-contract equipment GPS activity daily and updates status.
Additional Duties Include the Following: 
  • Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
  • Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Negotiate prices on equipment rentals in accordance with pricing policies and procedures.
  • Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
  • Generate leads for new business and communicate with Outside Sales Representatives & Rental Manager
  • Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Sales Associate — Responsible for assisting customers in all aspects of equipment sales. To include, cold calling, handling incoming sales calls, demonstrating equipment knowledge, arranging inside and outside equipment displays, generating and presenting equipment sales quotes. Time management skills and Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.
Inside Sales — Responsible for planning, direct and coordinate inside/outside sales functions for all locations, to include staffing and training; implementing systems and procedures; ensuring quality and safety; and managing budgets, supplier relationships and reporting processes.
Parts Counter Rep — Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.
Service Technician — Responsible for repairing all customer, internal, assemblies and make readies of equipment.
Service Technician Internship — Interested in becoming a tech but don't have the technical knowledge? Apply here!
Intermediate Technician — Experience with diesel engines, DEF systems, hydraulics, small engine repair, must have their own set of tools, detail oriented, excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required, self-starter, this position will also include manufacture training to help the employee move up to become an Advanced Service Technician.
Mechanic — Responsible for repairing all customer, internal, assemblies and make readies of equipment.
